Beginners yoga is an excellent way in which to begin your yoga journey, or as a refresher for the seasoned practitioner. Our 6-week program provides a great learning environment where you will be guided through the yoga fundamentals and learn the basics of yoga from breathwork, asanas (postures) and alignment as well as wonderful relaxation techniques.
